Where are you located?

We are conveniently located at 520 Industrial Parkway South on the top floor, Suite 300 of the brand new Aurora Health Centre, with plenty of free parking, just north of Yonge Street and Bloomington Road.

Holistic Dentistry is a contemporary approach to dental treatment; examining the relationship between your oral health and the rest of your body, focusing on overall harmony – not just your teeth! Preventive care and good dental hygiene are major components in holistic dentistry. These fields of dentistry treatment are concerned with the maintenance of your natural teeth for life with limited dental restorations.

Many patients have dental benefit plans to help with their dental health investment. We cooperate with your benefit plan, providing the information required for you to receive your eligible benefits.

Our patients also appreciate a variety of payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac, or cash. Financial arrangements can be discussed privately.

Everyone’s schedule is busy, so we make every effort to respect your time with a well managed treatment program. Your commitment to your appointment times helps us achieve great results. If you cannot keep an appointment, reasonable notice should be given to our office to reschedule your appointment (at least 48 hours / 2 business days). This allows us to be able to give this time to another patient.

We believe that going to the dentist shouldn’t be scary and that when a dental experience is positive, is should be relatively anxiety-free. To help reduce anxiety during your dental appointment, we take the time to get to know you, offer access to our comfortable lounge, show complete respect, consistently ask for your consent, and always support your decisions toward achieving better health.

It is suggested that you consult with your health practitioner with regards to your heavy metal levels, especially mercury. We suggest appropriate measures be taken with your health practitioner to help your body detoxify before, during and after your dental treatment to remove your amalgam fillings. Depending on your present health condition, it may be recommended that the fillings be removed over a short period of time such as a few weeks or may be prolonged over several months or years.

The Journal of Periodontology lists nine risk factors for tooth loss. These include; Being older than 35, being male, never getting professional dental care, never using a toothbrush, smoking (current or past), having diabetes, having high blood pressure, and having rheumatoid arthritis.

Teeth are usually removed due to trauma, disease, or crowding. When a tooth cannot be restored, an extraction may be your best recourse.
